Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing among employees is vital for the success of any organization. It helps employees to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently, and it also contributes to the overall growth and success of the company. However, knowledge alone is not enough. To truly leverage the power of knowledge, it must be transformed into action. One of my coaches Ms. Mehak Vaish always says…

I hold this belief as well. I recall the day when I shifted my focus towards positivity and adding value to others’ lives, and as a result, I experienced a positive impact on my own life through the attraction of positive energy and abundance.
In pursuit of our leader Mrs. Shalini Pathak’s vision, we initiated a project in 2019 to turn knowledge into action through Awareness sessions, followed by Micro learning sessions in 2021 and Mentoring programs in 2022. We have made significant progress and I am amazed at how these programs have driven employee connects. Our efforts were rewarded when we reached the milestone of conducting the 25th Awareness Session within a single fiscal year (FY2022-23) with an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5.
These awareness sessions have been designed to provide valuable insights and guidance on a range of topics that are important to our employees. From Investment declaration to ITR, POSH, HR Bulletins, Perquisite & Flexi Benefits, Compliance, and Performance Management, we have covered a wide range of topics to help employees make informed decisions and better understand the policies and procedures at ARK. However, this is just the beginning. Based on the results of our employee survey, we have a lot more to deliver in terms of awareness, education, and training. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our sessions and ensuring that our employees have the information and resources they need to succeed.
Alongside the awareness sessions, we are making a concerted effort to promote the sharing of Micro Learnings within our department. By sharing newly acquired topics and skills, not only do we spread knowledge, but we also strive for increased efficiency and productivity, foster collaboration, stimulate innovation, receive feedback, and gather suggestions from our colleagues.
Microlearning platforms provide numerous benefits to team members, one of which is the ability to enhance their public speaking skills. These platforms offer tailored learning journeys, enabling team members to concentrate on the areas they require the most improvement. The platform is engineered to be concise and concentrated, making it simpler for team members to retain and implement the knowledge they gain, making the learning process more relevant, engaging, and fostering greater motivation and engagement.
Additionally, at the start of the current fiscal year, our leadership initiated a Mentoring program that gives supervisors and seniors the chance to coach and train employees who are eager to enhance their skills. Through this program, I was given the chance to conduct 3 Mentoring sessions. I started with a session on CTC Structuring, then moved on to Variable Pay, and finally successfully completed a session on Income Tax.
During the session, I came to the realization that the program is a two-way street, providing benefits not only for mentees but for mentors as well. These benefits include personal and professional growth, the development of new skills, networking opportunities, career advancement, and a heightened sense of purpose and fulfilment. As a mentor, I was given the opportunity to reflect on my experiences, enhance my leadership and coaching abilities, expand my network, and make a meaningful impact on others. This program has proven to be a valuable tool for my own personal and professional growth and success.
To sum up, the Awareness, Micro Learning, and Mentoring program at ARK Infosolutions have been a resounding success. Our employees have responded positively, and our commitment to ongoing improvement lays the foundation for an exciting future. We anticipate providing even more valuable sessions and resources to our employees in the upcoming months and years, with the goal of helping them reach their full potential.
